2) Separated structure is designed to reduce maintenance costs and expand series products easily

3) Adopts aluminum-alloy case and cast iron intermediate plate for a lightweight structure with big torque and low noise operation

4) All gears adopted optimum designed spindly teeth and precision shot peen gear faces and roots to decrease noise of and increase carrying capacity

5) Forward gear with synchronizer with unique structural design for fifth and reverse gear which decreases synchronous moment of inertia and shift force

6) Low reverse gear is designed to decrease lock rate and the shifting gear lock is adopted to avoid reverse gear shifting in error when shifting out of fifth gear
