1. Thread Material: 100% Virgin polyester staple fiber, 1.2D X 38mm;
2.Thread Usage: Used as sewing thread, for clothes, hats, shoes, leatherware, luggage, tent, woven bag, etc.
3. Thread Technics: Ring spun, two for one twisting(TFO Twisting)
4. We produce thread Counts: 20S/2, 20S/3, 20S/4, 20/6, 20/9, 30S/2, 30S/3, 40S/2, 40S/3, 50S/2, 50S/3, 60S/2, 60S/3
5. Thread Feature: high tenacity, knotless and little hairiness, use 100% SINOPEC Yizheng staple fiber, which is good for dyeing; Dyed yarn available in a variety of colors
6. Thread Packing: Each cone in a PP bag, - outer Packaging: Woven bag or carton.
Paper cone: 1.67KG/cone; 15 cones in a woven bag. N. W: 25kg/woven bag.
Plastic cone: 1.25kg/cone, 20 cones in a woven bag. N. W: 25kg/bag.
Hank yarn: 0.25kg/hank. 20 hanks per bundle, 20 bundles per bag. N. W: 100kg/bag.
