1. Q: Does your water bottle leak ?
A: No, there is the food-grade silicone sealing in the lid,which has good effect on waterproof.
And the lid is tightly molded , it will not be ejected out by the water pressure.
2. Q:Does your water glass bottle easily to be broken ?
A: Our water bottles are similar with other common glass products, belonging to fragile articles.
However, they are made from 3mm thickness borosilicate glass that is more durable and stronger than common glass. It means that they will not break in the everyday use except you drop it on to the ground.
We will wrapped them well with bubble bag and strong carton to protect them on transportation.
3. Q: Can your water bottle be heat resistant ? Will it crack ?
A: Yes, they can.
The thermal resistance is from -30 degree to 150 degree,it will not crack when it is full of hot water.
4. Q: How can I order it ? And how many days I can have the sample ?
A: Order procedure is like the following:
choose the design---quote the price--sign the contrat--make the deposit---sample confirm---finish production---make the balance---send the bottles by sea or air or express.
Usually you can get the samples within 7 days after received the sample fee.
