Products after-sales conditions
Because of limitation of environment factors , seawater composition’s corrosion degree from different sea areas is different . The main part of the board enjoys one year after-sales warranty , if it happens collision damage in the course of using , accessories was dropped out caused by hard or sharp objects or products main body was damaged, chafed ,scratched or printing paint was damaged and so on human damages all are not included in the scope of after-sales services .
Expiry date of products after-sales service
- If products are under normal air pressure and correct operation cases , the seller can promise that main body one year doesn’t occur large area of open glue , strips and EVA doesn’t fall off .
- Accessories . The seller can offer free accessories support that clients can have repair and stickup by themselves if Drings occur falling off or rusting , elastic rope or tail fins happen breakage and so on within one year warranty .
- Both sides can negotiate to solve if backpacks occur some small shortage in the short period . Similarly , it’s also not include in the scope of warranty if it's borne excessive weight .
Accessories are not included in warranty scope , such as pump , paddle , cushion and repair kits .
The seller suggest that clients can have a repair with attached repair kits by themselves if products occur small area of open glue or air leakage .
