Features:
1. Whole mechanical engraving machine is welded with seamless steel structure and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibrating stress relief (VSR) to relief residual stress. The stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
2. The cnc router adopts gantry movement. It can process any kinds of materials freely.
3. Three axes adopt Hiwin high precision square orbit; X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost; Z axis adopts Germany-made ball- screw, high precision and long life time.
4. Well compatibility: CAD/DAM designing software e.g. Type 3/Artcam/Castmate/Wentai etc.
5. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
6. Has the function of forecasting process time.
7. Adopting advanced DSP system with USB interface, operated with the handle, convenient operation. Our engraver can completely work off-line and do not take any computer resources.
8. Perfect lubricating system makes maintenance much easier.
9. The cnc router has duct-collect function. It will clean up the carving residuum and make the operations tidier and more convenient.
10. Advanced design of the machine make sure strong cutting and guarantee the engraving precision.
11. Vacuum table with 6 vacuum zones, which can adsorb different size materials. It is also convenient for the user to fix the materials by clamp.
12. Adopting water cooling system, it can provide good cooling effect when carving flinty materials.

The guarantee period shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the machine arrives destination port. Except the damage artificially, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period, but you must send the damaged fittings to us by courier with your charge before we send back the alternative fittings to you. After the guarantee of quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
