Standard Features:
1. This machine has three spindles, which can mount 3 different tools, can achieve 2-3 tool change automatically.
2. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure and adopt steel gantry; the stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
3. Vacuum block to protect the working table when cutting materials.
4. Three axes adopt Taiwan HIWIN high precision linear orbit; X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts ball screw,with high precision and long life time.
5. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/ Artcam/ Castmate/ Wentai etc.
6. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure. Has the function of forecasting process time.

9. Adopting three Changsheng brand 3.0Kw air-cooling spindle make the machine have high precision, long life-time and steady working capacity.

11. 5.5Kw water cooling vacuum pump.

a.How to choice a better CNC Router ?
1. Choice a suitable working area
Small size such as 600*900mm is mainly used for duoble-color board and acrylic .
The large size of the machine such as:1200*1200,1300*2500,1500*300,2400*500,it is mainly used for wood and pvc,the large size machine is suitable for engraving and cutting for large materials.
2. Choice a suitable spindle motor.
Spindle motor is one for important components for cnc router,the performance of cnc router put an important role in cnc router.
b.When the machine can’t work well,What should I do?
