Standard Features:
1. Adopt computer-aided design to achieve machine’s optimum structural design. By movable gantry and fixed table mode, whole machine is welded with reinforcing steel structure. Strengthening ribs are welded inside. Many processes of stress relief treatment greatly improve the whole machine’s rigidity and processed by high temperature tempering treatment to ensure that the stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
2. CC-SF2540Q-3S Mold CNC Machine's effective working area is 2550mm* 4050mm*1000mm.
3. Germany Schneider AC servo system, one 2kw motor in X axis, two 2kw in Y axis and one 1.5kw motor in Z axis which with brake function, and all axes adopt France reducer.
4. X and Y axes adopt hardened helical rack and pinion transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts Taiwan imported Taiwan 32mm ball screw,with high precision and long life time.
5. All axes adopt Taiwan HIWIN big H35 square rail and new design for Y motor amount type to make sure the whole machine more stable and powerful.
6. Z axis use dual pneumatic balance cylinder design, which effectively reduces the motor’s loading power and extend machine’s service life.
7. Adopting Taiwan-made Syntec control system, separate keyboard control system and color LCD screen makes the machines have perfect performance, with USB connection and MPG to make the operation more easier.
8. Use Taiwan mechanical BT40 spindle, with the max speed 12000 rpm which with bigger power and longer life time than common electronic spindle. Adopt Beijing servo motor to driver the spindle directly, with lower process cost. Liquid type cylinder to hold the tool holder when change tool.
9. All axes use dust-proof and protective door (front and back) design to make the maintain more easier.
9. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/ Artcam/ Castmate/ Mastecam etc.
10. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure. Has the function of forecasting process time.
11. All main spare parts use the top brand, such as Schneider button, Omron switch, Auto lubrication, USA heat exchange for control cabinet, CW series auto spindle cooling system... All design to ensure the whole machine with the best performance.
