ZK-660A Automatic Carton Box Making Machine
This product is the most advanced equipment of making the rigid set-up box (such as shoe box, shirt box, jewellery box, gift box, food box, hardware box etc). It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracing system, touch-sensitive screen, achieving paper feeding, gluing, cardboard folding, spotting, automatic arm guiding, wrapping all at once. The entire processes are automatic. Compared with the traditional hand made production, the production efficiency has been improved by 30 times.
Main Characteristics:
1.Paper feeder automatic feeding reduces labor and enhances production efficiency.
2.Equipped with heat exchanging gluing system.
3.Heat sealed equipment achieves corner sticking of unwrapped box in one process.
4.Servo-motor, vacuum suction and belt conveying system make the accuracy around 0.5mm.
5.Automatic arm guiding device is between conveyor belt and wrapper unit, which is controlled by computer.
6.Wrapper unit achieves box-feeding, side winding, roll-folding and rolling over.
7.It adopts PLC programmable controller, photoelectric tracing system and touch-sensitive screen. The wrapped box is finished in one process.
