Brief introduction:
The machine is a kind of electric hydraulic moulder for material moulding,
which can at a time press and mould large square steel, round steel and flat iron into
various round, arc, angle and heteromorphosis metal materials: decorative and structural parts.
The moulder can rapidly produce in batches and standardization various iron craftworks: standard arc,
anti-theft window parts, stairway accessories, arc stud of railing balcony, as well as furniture moulding part.
With high production efficiency and consistency, the machine is the ideal equipment used for iron craftwork,
upholstering, furniture, municipal garden industry and architecture industry.
There are 4 kinds of dies as the machine attachments
(1 set of angle bending and round stewing dies, 1 set of arc arching and alignment dies, 2 sets of moulding dies).

Machine features:
1. The machine can at one time finish the moulding and processing of heteromorphosis iron craftwork
with good consistency, and can process parts in batches and high efficiency.
2. The moulder is made with stepless pressure adjustment and stable mechanical operation guaranteeing
the high working validity.
3. Having manual control and pedal switch, it can be operated conveniently and reliably.
4. With high processing ability, it can bend 16mm×16mm square steel.
5. Having high production efficiency, the machine can bend 300 pieces of 12mm×12mm square steel parts per hour.
6. It is mechanically designed with proper structure, which can make sure the followings:
convenient operation and maintenance, expedient die and holding device replacement.
7. The working deck plate is made with rational sizes and localization, ensuring that it is fit for 90% iron craftwork.
