CHENCAN 3axis CNC Foam Cutting CNC Engraving/Cutting Machine with high quality
Standard Features:
1. Whole machine is welded with seamless steel structure and been vibration aging treatment; steel gantry which the stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
2. Three axes adopt imported HIWIN square guiding rail; X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts high-precision ball screw,with high precision and long life time.
3. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/ Artcam/ Castmate/ Wentai etc.
4. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
5. Has the function of forecasting process time.
6. Adopting advanced DSP system with USB connection, operated with the handle, convenient operation. Our engraver can completely work off-line and do not take any computer resources.
7. Perfect oil-inject system makes maintenance much easier.
8. Adopting water cooling system, it can provide good cooling effect when carving flinty materials.

Applicable industries
Molds industrial: It engraves all kinds of large nonmetallic molds, especially automotive foam molds, wooden ship molds, aviation and train wood molds. And wood mold casting, food mold (such as moon cake mold) and other precision mold making.
