There are some questions and answers :
1- How can i manage the room : i am not in my hotel , can i know who open the doors , how many time open ?? Because my staff let customer stay without my permission or the staff may take my money from my customer .

2- If RF encoder fails , what can i do ?
You can change to another new encoder, and the previous hotel data can be moved to new encoder. This will seldom happen.
3- Can we make many master RF card to open any doors.
Yes, but you can set permission ONLY administrator or owner can make master card, front desk staff can NOT make master card.
4-the saving switch must connect to the power supplier , it use very high power , with oven , air condition , washing machine.... so how many amp can the switch allowed

5-do you have any data summary for every month that how many nights one apartment have customer ....
Yes, you can get record data about how many rooms were rent or how many guests stayed in the apartment.
6- ow many way to open the clock ? Key and card ?
2 ways: metal key or RFID card
7. one more question that : can we use any card to put into the saving switch to open the power or we have to use the card that we program it
You have to use the card that you program it, cause the saving switch also have chip inside PCB which match with our RF cards.
Other cards can not put into the saving switch to open the power
