5.Bottom layer(PE film which is waterproof), guarantees the cleanlines of the bed.

1. About MATERIALS:
1) Wood pulp: Adopt Golden Isles imported from America.
2) SAP: One is TAISAP from Taiwan,the other one is Sumitomo imported from Japan.(Each one is avaliable to be chosen.)
3) Glue: Germany Henkel glue (without fluorescence).
2. HOW to Judge Quality:
1) Measure water absorption.
Check the water absorption speed, and it’s locking effect; Check the surface by using hand to touch, tissue to pin
2) Check the Non-woven fabrics, whether it’s to be easily torn off or not. (Our Non-woven fabrics is thick, which made by imported devices.)
3) Check the glossiness of PE film, if it is bright, it means the film is new and good;
4) Tear the PE film, if easily to torn and has no toughness, it means quality is bad.
5) Observe the product under the sun, if wood pulp is white and well-distributed, it means quality is excellent.
3. About SAMPLES.
free samples are available, but you should pay carriage. Please understand that our cost is huge if we pay all the samples carriage, freight charge will return to you if bulk is coming next.
