The plastic tubes are suitable for cosmetics, personal care, household products and industrial products packaging.
We can offer plastic tubes with:
1. Layers from mono-layer, double-layer to five-layer tube;
2. Shapes from round, oval to flat shape;
3. Diameters from 13mm to 60mm;
4. Capacities from 3ml to 500ml;
5. Custom length of tube body (adjusted within the range of tube capacity);
6. Decorations up to six-color offset printing, eight-color silkscreen printing, foil hot-stamping, labeling and hot-stamping;
7. Colors from transparent, white, pearlized, to colored;
8. Finish in shiny matte and gloss;
9. Caps in screw cap, screw-on flip top, snap-on flip top and snap-on positioned flip top matched with custom colors and shapes.

After receiving PO and artwork confirmation we will prepare PPS within 10 days for approval. Depending on tube requirements, 25-35 days will be required to complete the order.

We have a full range of decorating capabilities and injection mold our own caps/ closures. This allows our lead times to be lower and color changes to be made quickly. We have in-house tooling workshop and design engineers to build both standard and custom molds. We have several tools for tube heads and caps available.
