Q1. What about your payment term?
A: 1.30% deposit, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
2.And we accept L/C, T/T, Western Union.
Q2. What trade terms you usually take?
A: FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q3. How about your MOQ?
A: 500-3000sets, it depends on the factors of product value, which product series and what kind of package.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: 30-40 days after receiving your deposit.
Q5. Can you provide samples for checking quality? And how about sample lead time?
A: Free samples are available as long as you pay delivery cost. Except special or high value samples.We need about 5-7days to prepare samples.
Q6. Can you make logo for customer?
A: Yes,we can make customer's logo on product and package.
Q7. How to make logo on product?
A: silk screen printing, laser, embossed logo,4c sticker
Q8. What is your regular individual package?
A: Reguarly,our product is packed with neutral color box,color sleeve,blister card,hangtag, opp bag. Also we can provide customized package.

Q10. Can you make new model according to customer's drawing, design, idea, sample?
A: Yes, we have a professional team to complete customer's new idea, also we have ability to open mould tools to make new product.

2.Samples are available for foreign customers checking quality,and you can get free samples as long as you pay delivery cost. Except special or high value samples.
3.We track the parcel until you receive.
