Cementing Plugs:
Zhongshi manufactures Cementing Plugs from high-performance special elastomers and core materials. These Cementing Plugs are specially designed with a positive wiping action to ensure that the casing is clean.
Top Plugs:The Top Cementing Plug is designed to exert continuous pressure on the casing wall. The core is made of special materials such as Plastic, Aluminium or Phenolic depending on the application and well conditions. The tapered base fits the cavity of the top plug initiating a positive seal. A solid rubber top plug is also available.
Bottom Plugs:Like the Top Cementing Plug, the fins and tail section provide positive wiping action. Fins also serve as a seal while cementing. The core of the bottom plug also made of special materials such as Plastic, Aluminium or Phenolic depending on the application and well conditions. A rubber diaphragm at the top of the plug ruptures after the plug is seated allowing cement to flow through.
Our Cementing Plugs
1.Sizes 4" to 20".
2. Pressure Rating: 3,500 PSI to 8,000 PSI.
3. Standard Burst pressure: 300 PSI
4. And can be adjusted to suit customer requirements.
5. Temperature resistance: 250°C (482 °F).
>>Non Rotating bottom cementing plugs have been designed to decrease drill out time.
>>Non-Rotating cementing plugs have reinforced locking teeth built into the plugs.
>>The cementing plugs lock together between the top plug and the bottom plug to eliminate rotation of the plug during drill out.
>>These cementing plugs are made of Natural Rubber with aluminum alloy or Phenolic core inside.
>>Operating rage of temperature with Hydrogenated Nitrile core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit.
>>The bottom plug in orange with rupture diaphragm at 300 psi differential.
>>These cementing plugs are completely PDC drillable.
>>API cementing plug can be ordered for higher operating temperature and operation in either synthetic or mud fluids.
>>Available in 4-1/2" to 20" and other special sizes.
>>Any special sizes are available on request.
