API Casing Composite Thermoplastic Centralizer with Steel Ring

5) Introduction
Solid rigid casing centralizers are suitable for deviated wells and horizontal wells, to help center the casing in the wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations.
The composite centralizer is with design of one-piece composite construction and nylon material.
6) Features for Nylon Composite Solid Rigid Centralizers:
a. High wear resistance
b. Oil Proof
c. Shock and impact resistance in low temperature and low moisture content environment.
d. The set screws on the body replace the function of stop collars.
7) Installation
Rigid centralizers can be installed on the casing with stop collars or with integral set screws. Installations that allow casing rotation and reciprocation are preferred because of improved displacement efficiency. Most slip-on rigid centralizers must be installed between stop collars and are freely floating there between.
