The detailed description
1,It is used for yeast propagation of beer brewery ,assembled by excellent 304 stainless steel and high quality valves .
Besides ,preserve the yeast effective to ensure the pure of the yeast and propagate high-effectively .
2,The shell welding line is smooth and polishing .Inner surface roughness is ≤0.4μm.
Surface roughness outside the tank ≤0.8μm .All meet international standard and GMP requirement .
3,Adopt creative designed tank top-lid combination and tank bottom valves which connect directly to the tank shell .
The tank is equipped with asepsis sampling valves ,oxygenize device and no dead corner flanges .
So the tank has no dead corner and no residual and make sure about the thoroughly cleaning and liquor drainage .
4,This system is divided into 1 grade ,2 grade ,3 grade and more grades to propagate .The capacity for one time is 40HL ,160HL, and more .
The equipment is scientific and variety .High effective in heat exchange .
5,The tank equipped with the cooling jacket and steam heating jacket ,adopted the dimple plate structure ,having high efficiency heat exchange and pressure capability .
6,Adopted PLC semi-automatic/automatic control system ,the technology parameters can be set up according to the technology requirement .
It can meet the requirement of all kinds of breweries .
7,During tank sterilization ,it can realize the temperature ,time ,pressure and pressure preparation automatic control .
8,The system can be realized on the wort into the tank number ,secondary sterilization and culture in the process of temperature ,pressure ,oxygenation frequency of automatic control ;
9,It realized the automatic control for the yeast from the first grade to second grade transform ,second grad returns to the first grade ,
and the cultivate yeast to the fermentation production of transportation ;
10,During the CIP cleaning ,the water ,cleaning fluid ,temperature ,flushing frequency ,time etc can be automatically controlled .
