Knife Mill BLG-HM100
The knife mill is designed for grinding and homogenizing foods and feeds. It can process sample volumes up to 700ml quickly and reproducibly. The mill can be used widely, for example the heavy metal-free, elastic sample and special sample process, it can meet kinds of requirement referred by laboratory operations and analysis procedure.
Work principle
BLG-HM100 has two sharp blade, local on the center of Grinding container. The blade is drive by 1100W motor and rotate. Depending the rotation direction, size reduction is effected with the blunt side (preliminary size reduction) or the sharp side (fine grinding).
The knife is indirectly driven by a powerful motor of 900W. A pre-selectable speed which is maintained electronically ensures optimum adaptation to individual application requirements as well as reproducible grinding results.
