1, Perfect transmission system control stands head and shoulders over others in the industry
The transmission mechanism is controlled by frequency converter made in Japan, making the machine move smoothly. The multiple function digital control panel is humanized, easy lubricant, and the fastened rigid frame is reliable, with a unidirectional bearing transmission design reduceds the appearance of shut-down marks. The machine works with low noise, low abrasion and power consumption in transmission.
2, Unique patented design leads the standard of the industry
The yarn feeder designed by our company may be equipped at each line with special guide pulley for lycra to evenly and stable guide various synthetic fibers into manufacturing process. Fine loop adjustment and accurate, renders readjustment spaching to be small, within the accuracy of 0.01MM. Its internal parts are produced from Taiwan with original package.
3, Shift between cloth plating and winding cuts processing cost
When cloths of synthetic fiber are in production, no large size fabric take-down is needed. Plaiting device can process the raw fabrics in directly fixed form , without any fold or seam. Much cost can be saved, and no wasted cloth left, which cutting the overall cost.
4, Complete upgradability prevails over western competitors.
With the idea of integrating three machines into one by purchasing shifting parts especially for three-thread fleece, including sinker, needle, sinker triangle and needle cylinder with the applicable number of needles, the machine can produce fish scale, three- thread velvet, twill, French double fleece, Z-sharped fabric, etc. And if shirting parts for towel of positive style are bought, it can be turned to manufacture towel fabrics and high-class fabrics such as velvet and boucletts fleece.
Fabric types and dervate patterns
Four-track fabrics such as calico weave, pique mesh, cockled fabric and so on can be produced through needle selection and triangles shift. With the yarn feeder, the machine can easily guide in various fibers to different plating fabrics, silk cotton, double thread velvet, and elastic fabrics...
