Usage
This product has the same effect as the aluminum paper when it laminates on papers. It is used to laminate on the daily consumable packing box, such as the box of grocery, medicine ,wine, etc.

Advantage

Method of checking the coating success or not by using the iodine. The detail steps as following:
1) At the starting, middle process, or end of the coating process, one can schedule downtime to check the coating film at the end of the tunnel exit, using the swap with iodine to check in horizontal and vertical direction at least 3 lines. If the color shown is uniformly, no bubble, no spots, no missing coating. This shows the coating layer is in good quality.
2) After the iodine dried, one can use single side tape to stick on the coating layer, and take off the tape quickly, if the coating layer has no fall indicates that the fastness of the coating is qualified. One can try 2-3 times in different places.
3) After coated, please make sure curing the film at least 24 hours under the temperature of 45~50°C, in order to make sure the film can get enough water resistance and fastness.
Note: The curing time is related to the base film specification. If the roll diameter is over 500mm, it should prolong the curing time, and adjust it according to the circumstance after the test.
4)Lamination: The adhesive should use two-component fat-soluble polyurethane compound. The adhesive amount suggest control at 3g/m2 and make sure curing the film at least 24 hours under the temperature of 45~50°C(this also depends on the adhesive process requirments)
5) Printing, it can only use PET ink.
