Product Composition: consisting of high quality acrylic acid resin/polyester, CAB, sparkle aluminum powder, pearl powder and additives etc..         .

Product Characteristic: color accurate, excellent metallic spark effect, high hiding power and refinishing performance outstanding, which can be applied for spot and panel repair or complete re-sprays on the sedan limousine.

 

Mixing Ratio: Original Paint: thinner=100:80-100;it must be mixed before usage to make their color uniform.

Spraying:

1. Metallic Flashing Paints: firstly spray 2-3 coats wet on wet by spray gun with the pressure 3-4kg/cm2, 5-10min between coats; then spray atomizedly the last coat by the spray pressure of 2kg/cm2; after the surface is dry, spray the clear coat.

2. Pearl paint: firstly spray the same-color primer, then spray pearl paints, finally spray clear coat.

 

Applicable substrate: for the old paint surface flatted with wet and cleaned by No. 800-1000 abrasive paper or the surface of the primer and primer surface made by DX-series.

Shelf Life: 2 years/20°C.
