SZL air heat exchanger for heat recovery system 

  

SZL Radiator is a new, high-efficiency hot air exchanger. It's made with advanced compound technology, so that it has best heat exchanger effection. It's a best choice for air heat equipment with thermal medium of high temperature steam and heat conduction oil. It's widely used chemical industry, weaving,printing and dyeing,chemical fiber,rubber,leather,timber,baking paint,foodstuff,PVC,calio printing,pharmacy.
    The fin tubes of SZL Radiator Series use Φ18×2.0-38,Φ21×2.0-44,Φ25×2.5-55 no seam steel tubes. Different quantities of tubes and rows,as long as diffrent length of the tubes form different types of radiator. The floating of thermal medium can be single flow and multi-flow. The pressure of thermal medium is 2.0MPa. And its workingtemperature is under 300°C.
    The materials of SZL compound pins can be carbon steel,copper,titanium,stainless steel. With the use of bimetal,the tubes of radiator has the characteristic of low thermal resistance, good heat transmission,high intensity,low resistance,not easy to be dusted, imputrescibility durable, handsome in appearance and long life using.
