2. Applicable requirements:
1.Wood substrate requirements : moisture requirements of 8 to 12%, flat sheet, plate surface formation, not loose fiber meticulous, 0.7--0.8g/cm3 density, spray glue on the substrate prior to the art of pictorial inside jet dust blowing static.
2.Glues 40-70/m2 volume : planar, cross section, profile 80-100 (the proposed coating twice).
3.Lance caliber of 1.5-2.0mm around.
4.Lance best 0.3--0.4MPS air pressure, gas flow should be redeployed to Lance, atomizing effect. Gum ever spray fan.
5.PVC plastic film softening temperature of about 110 °C.
6.PVC plastic film useful in peace stickers and two types of vacuum forming, not all films are suitable for vacuum forming. Usually peace stickers are 0.25mm thickness of the film, heat shrinkage also larger. Vacuum forming the film thickness are above 0.25, heat shrinkage also small. Most coating on the back, reached 34-36 dyn/cm surface tension.

3. Precautions :
1.Hard plastic film composite, the use of composite pressure relatively short time, the relatively high temperature composites.
2.Composite soft plastic film, the use of composite pressure long time, a relatively low temperature composites.
3.Pad height of not less than 8 mm, and working conditions must be at least generally high.
4.Working conditions must be greater than the distance between the plate height, thickness and work conditions.
