Characteristics:

This product is a two-component room temperature curing high-strength adhesive which having good adhesion performance for a variety of metals and non-metallic materials.

Technical indexes:

1. Appearance: A component: white viscous liquid

                       B component: yellow-brown liquid

2. Viscosity: A component>70000mpa.s(25℃)

                   B component: 150~250mpa.s (25℃)

3. Operational time: 20~60 minutes(35℃~15℃)(The higher the temperature, the shorter the operational time) 

4. Ingredient ratio: A component: B component=5:1 (Weight ratio)

5. Basic hardening time: 12 hours

6. Completely hardening time :48 hours

7. Tensile strength: ≥8Mpa (Aluminum sheet of aluminum sheet)

Construction operation

8. Clean up grassroots, grassroots should be hard, dry, clean and smooth. 

9. The construction, A part first, then by weight than A:B=5:1 ingredients, stir fully after use, otherwise will affect the material properties. Will two adhesive surface in external force down more than 2 hours. 

10. A, B for the reactive material, now with the current distribution, with the number. Preparation of the maximum amount shall not exceed the amount of the actionable time within it.

11. Due to the adhesive in contact with water and moisture in the air will solidify, so please strictly sealed container. Glue should be immediately sealed after use, with glue all container tools should have no water. 

12. Curing time can be adjusted by raising temperature or adding a catalyst.
