3. Scope of application:
Tray for gift box, wine box, cosmetic box, tea box, book covers, photo albums, stamp albums, folders dictionaries
cover production. Besides, used for pasting and producing high quality gift boxes.
4. Applying process and precautions:
1.To clean the pre-melting pot and plastic tank before using this product for the first time.Putting jelly glue into
pre-melting pot and melting at a temperature of 70-80°C,after melting into liquid,stir it and use.
2. Adjusting temperature at 80-90°C for it's below 10°C in winter,and 70-75°C when above 20°C in summer.(different equipment has different temperature value,even at the circumstance of very low and high temperature, the
temperature differences between melting equipment and actual temperature of glue may occurs,so actual operation
should be judged.)
3. After machine stopping, glue will become solid as temperature drops,so just heating before using for next time.But
after several heating and cooling,adhesion of glue is affected,it's suggested that put into right amount of glue block.After work,immediately clean the glue roller,pumping hose and glue pumps to avoid glue solidification damaged roller,blocked
glue pumping hose and glue pumps.
