Wheelchair Tie Down System

Wheelchair tie-down system is engineered as a complete securement system, every component is designed, enginerred and tested to work together to provide safe transportation.

Each wheelchair tie-down system is serialized and includes a warranty card to be filled-in with all customer information and returned to XINDER-TECH.

Wheelchair tie-down system should be installed so that other spare parts within the vehicle are not within the frontal clear space, except for other spare parts that are effectively padded. Clear space requirements for securement system are based on the potential movements of the occupant during a crash.

wheelchair tie-down system is particularly adequate as it is compact and can either be used with floor pockets, bolted to the carriage floor or mounted under a flip seat. The wheelchair tie-down system is self-adjusting and self-tensioning, offering a quick and flexible solution to securing wheelchairs. Retractable and static lap/ shoulder belts are also provided for passenger comfort and safety.

These products have already been used by Swedish Railways, Korean Railways, Spanish Railways RENFE, Alstom, Bombardier and CAF to name a few.
