Introduction:
CNC copper busbar bending shearing and punching machine is also called busbar processing machine, which is mainly used for different types of processing of copper or aluminum busbar. One machine can carry out processing of punching, shearing and bending at the same time or respectively. It is easy to operate, convenient to use and high efficiency. So it is an ideal processing equipment for electrical appliance manufacture of high and low voltage.

1.Three units for punching, shearing and bending.through changing die, it can do special works such as pressing, embossing, pressing cable joint, twisting and so on.
2.Punching Unit-It can be installed 6 punching mold once time in punching turret unit,saving time of changing die and improving working efficiency.
3.working stroke of each unit can be adjusted conveniently to reduce machining auxiliary time and improve production efficiency.
4.vertical machining method for punching and shearing unit, so operation is flexible and convenient. We use flatedge shearing method, so the work piece surface is neater and smoother
5.horizontal bending type to achieve flat bending and vertical bending by changing tools.
6.double working table machine structure,greatly increasing working efficiency;
7.There are 4 trundles. So the machine can be moved conveniently by adjusting them.
8.PLC control for bending unit,easy to operate,high precision.
