3.We guarantee strict machine assembly and testing, factory tests and performance tests. Test video will be sent to you promptly, and welcome you to come to our factory for inspection. Until the machine qualified, will be shipped to you.
After Sale Service
We believe that when buy the machine, you also buy the service from us at the same time.
I. We will send our engineer under your indications to your factory for installing, debugging and maintaining, you only need to afford the cost of the flights, and the engineer's accommodation.
II. If you are experienced in installing jobs, we will provide ongoing technical support for you.
The Continuous Service.
After the warranty, we can also supply the engineer service and the technical service, but you need to pay the salary for the engineer! and afford the cost of the replaced aparts yourself.
Part four: Warranty
The duration for quality guarantee is 12 months after installation and working the machine.
Within the duration, if machines fail to operate due to machine quality problem not to operator’s incorrect operation, Seller will send engineer to repair, the labor and material cost is free, the air tickets, board& lodging cost will be at the charge of Seller; beyond the duration, all service fee should be at the charge of Buyer.
Buyer pays food & room for Seller’s technicians in Buyer’s country.
