Below is the brief introduction of our workshops: 

Veneer Cutting Workshop
1. A cutting scope of 0.55~4.0mm to meet different markets' needs.
2. Cutting timber with different hardness, perfect combination in horizontal and vertical direction.
3. Operated by digital equipment to make sure the production precision.
4. Suitable cutting angle, smooth surface without any fault.
5. Can reducing the strain degree of wood fiber, releasing the veneer's internal stress to make sure the flat without distortion.

Drying Lines
1. Transfer heat through heat transfer oil to assure average heating and stable moisture content.
2. Combining the net drying and the roller drying to assure the veneer's flatness and to control the shrinkage effectively.
3. Cooling after heating to fully release the internal stress of veneer.
4. Control the drying temperature via digital equipment to meet different production need. 

Board Joint Lines
1. Repairing strained fiber completely.
2. Digital control to get rid of different thickness in advance to gain even thickness.
3. Exact joints to escape empty phenomena.
4. Flat surface which is good for the following process.
5. High production efficiency to accelerate the production schedule.
6. Good jointing square degree and diagonal error within production standard. 

Plywood Factory
1. Continually optimize the production process to raise the production efficiency.
2. Prudent operation and clear & rapid processing to prevent gel-drying to come to the best gelling degree.
3. Clearly assemble and mature operation; flat surface and high square degree.
4. High design production capacity to meet large lots production. 

Veneering Lines
1. High automatic degree and the wholly photo electric control can match the operator effectively with high production efficiency.
2. Gel equably and flatly to prevent the lack of gel in advance to make sure the best gelling degree.
3. Clear guideline together with electronic correcting to keep the stable veneer quality.
4. Switching function with multiple specifications to meet different products needs. 

Grooving Lines
1. Applying diamond cutting tool by German Leitz.
2. Smooth and skillful groove; regular joints.
3. Strictly inspection to guarantee precise size of products.

Coating Lines
1. Multi-layer paint coating and average coating with strong adhesiveness.
2. Different timber with different processing to prevent faults caused by the special character of timber.
3. Highly restore original color of rare wood; clear grainand stable tone.
4. Super wear-resistance and UV protection.
5. Average coating to prevent color difference.
6. Sealed and dustless production line to guarantee bright and smooth painting. 

Heat Treatment Plant
The hear-treated (carbonized) wood with
1.Better dimensional stability;
2.Better resistance against micro-organisms and fungus attack;
3.Exotic colors but 100% chemical-free process;
4.Long durability;
