Product Description

 working principle:

The compressed air enters the fluidized bed after being accelerated by the supersonic nozzle around the
fluidized bed, and forms pulverizing cavity through mutual impact within the pulverator. The material enters
into the pulverator of fluidized bed from feed inlet, being pulverized through mutual impact and friction
driven by airflow. The qualified fine powder enters the turbine classifier which is in the upper part of
fluidized bed driven by the rising airflow, and then enter in to cyclone collector after being classified by the
classifier (if the products of various particle sizes are needed, add several vertical turbine classifier). The final
material with better powder fineness is taken into bag dust-removal collector by airflow; then enters the
discharging outlet at the lower part of the dust collector after being filtrated and discharged by pure air.
