Operating principal:
The material goes into classifier room by the draft fan. Fine powder that meets particle size’s requirement would go to a higher grade through the gap between classifier’s blade under the attraction of draft fan. However, the coarse powder and some agglomeration would be thrown to barrel and fall along with it under the attraction of centrifugal force and gravity. During the falling, coarse powder would be filtered again by the secondary air. As a result, the fine powder and agglomeration adhered to the coarse powder are blown away and go to a higher stage to make a secondary classify. The coarse powder would be discharged from blown-off valve.

1. A wide range of classifying: this machine has a wide range of classifying particle diameter and a strong applicability in material’s different properties, proportion and particle shape as well as its size.
2. A high classifying precision: the complete and stable classifying flow field and safety sealing guarantee an accurate classifying as well as insuring a narrow size distribution and strict controlling of large particles.
3. A high classifying efficiency : the machine adopts a low rotate speed of vertical impeller to classify, plus with a strong turbo flow field and the fine powder extracting equipment, to make a minimum installing, huge dealing with material and a high classifying rate of extracting fine powder, which can reach 95 percent at most.
4. Multi-tandem allow choose different particle size product.
5. Negative pressure operation in the whole production. No dust leakage. Good operation environment.
