Q:What is your MOQ?
A:Generally 5,000 pieces .Trial order 1,000 pcs with 4 designs has ever been accepted.
Q: Can you offer free sample?
A: Yes. We can offer two or three pieces of existing samples for free.
Q: What is the sampling time?
A: 7 -10 days with existing tooling mould
20-25days with making new tooling mould
Q:What is the production time?
A:It would be negociable.Dependingon the size of order and the stucture of tins.For example,if an order less than 100,000PCS,it usually takes around 30 days to finish.
Q:What about the printing?
A:CMYK offset printing, Pantone, glossy, matte or glod varnish as per your artwork and requirements.
Q:What kind of format shoud the printing artwork be?
A:Generally PDF, AI, PSD, CDR available.
Q:Can you make the printing artwork for me?
A:Yes, we are in the position with a strong R&D team.
Q:How do you gurantee the quality?
A:One strong testing team in order to close the most quality problem before mass production,One complete Quality Control System and QC (24QC) exist in every process.
Q:Do you provide accessory?
A:Locker, handle set, beaded metal string, plastic cover, wiring assembly, sponge, vacuum tray,colored blister, flocked colored blister, flocked blister, PVC/PET window and so on. For further details, please contact : sales4(at).
Q:What about the payment?
A:Usually 30% deposit after confirmation of the order, the 70%balance should be done before shipment.
Q:Could you customize tins as per customer's requirements?
A: Yes.Just show your specific request, OEM, ODM both available.
(1) Confirm your requirement
* Size: 10mm to 400mm is available to produce.
* Printing: (a) No printing with silver tinplate or sandblast tinplate ; (b) CMYK printed or PMS printed or CMYK+PMS
* Material: Food grade thinplate
* Thickness: 0.23mm normally, 0.18-0.40mm is available
* Quantity: 1,000 to 10,000,000pcs is available to produce. MOQ: 5,000-70,000pcs, based on specific size of tin box.
* Mould: (a) With our existing mould, mould free. (b) Develop your own mould, mould charge is at your own expence. The mould charge will be refunded after you order 100,000pcs. The quantity for refunding mould charge should be negotiated if the tin box is much too small.
(2) Quotation: The quote is based on FOB terms without your specific request. Please kindly note your requirement.
(3) Payment: T/T, 30% deposit is made before production, 70% balance is made before shippment. Other payment method except T/T is negotiable.
(4) Sample time & charge
* Normally, 7-10days. US$250-/design, 2-3pcs sample will be provided. Too large size and more sample quantity will be further disscussed.
* Courier charge for sample is at your own cost. It would better if you provide a courier account accept postage collect. If not, we can arrange it for you.
(5) Mass production lead time
* Normally 30-35days after sample and deposite confirmed.
*5-7days will be put off when the order quantity is below MOQ of printing, cause it takes time to set-up.
(6) Production flow
* Confirm order and deposit
* Get print file from client and make film and printed sample for client's approval
* Arrange for printing after client's approval
* Cutting tinplate>> setting tooling mould>> testing mould>> production staff ready>> mass production>> quality control>> packing
(7) Shipment
* Client is informed to pay off the balance when production is finished.
* Arrange for shippment after payment approval.
(8) Based on mutual benefit, any issue between cooperation is negotiable.
