2. Q:What is your MOQ?
A: In general, our MOQ is 5000pcs. To support our clients, we can accept less quantity to 3000pcs with order amount not less than US$2000 per shipment. For MOQ over 10000 pcs, price can be further discuss.
3. Q: Can you offer free sample?
A: Yes. We can offer two or three pieces of existing samples for free.
4. Q: What is the sampling time?
A: 7 -10 days with existing tooling mould, 15-20days with making new tooling mould.
5. Q:Can you make the printing artwork for me?
A:Yes, we are in the position with a strong R&D team.
6. Q: Do you provide accessories for your tinplate products?
A: We can assist customer to outsourcing accessories to match our tinplate products. Such as, PVC/PET clear sheet ( for tin box window) locker, handle set, beaded metal string, plastic cover, sponge-formed tray, various blister trays, , ribbon and so on.
7. Q:What about the payment?
A:Usually 30% deposit after confirmation of the order, the 70%balance should be done before shipment.
8. Q:Could you customize tins as per customer's requirements?
A: Yes. OEM, ODM both available.
9. Q: Can I get your price list?
A: We do not provide price list to our customers. All items are quoted individually. As we know,the price can be effected by several factors, such as material thickness,product shape,size,order quantity,print colors,etc. Also,the material prices can change constantly. Please tell us your requirements and we shall find the best solution for you.
