Q: What is your MOQ?
A: In general, our MOQ is 5,000 PCS. To support our client, we can accept less quantity to 3,000 PCS with order amount not less than USD 2,000- per shipment. For MOQ over
10,000 PCS, price can be further discuss.
Q: Is the existing sample free of charge?
A:As we offer existing sample for free, courier charge is responsible for customer.
Please let us have your courier account for arrangement. If not, we can check
courier and quote you the courier charge.
Q: How many people in your factory?
A: We have about 300 employees from different departments, including production
department, tooling/molding department, quality department. Our technicians have
rich experiences in Tinplate industry.
Q: What is the packing details for tin box order?
A: In general, each set of tin box put into a polybag. On export carton, flat card has
been put on each layer for protection, then seal the carton. Tailor made packing requirement can be arranged if required, please be
remind that extra cost may be raised depends on request.
Q: Do you print the product by yourself (own factory)?
A: We do not do print at our own. The tinplates are printed by our professional and
reliable partner, they are doing export business as well. We have been cooperated since
our factory established. With close communication with our good partner,
stable quality remains, our clients are satisfy with our products.
Q: What kind of print file should be provided for printing?
A: We accept artwork file in PDF, AI, PSD or CDR format. Please also send us jpeg
file in the same time for our record.
Q: How to place a sample order that apply with your existing mould ?
A: 1. First, confirm your size, structure and printing, then we will send
die-cut to you for your final design.
2. Second, arrange sample charge US$250- /design before sample production
start.
3. Finally, 2-3 samples each design will be provided; courier charge is
at your own cost.
Q: How do you gurantee the quality?
A: One strong testing team in order to close the most quality problem before mass production, One complete Quality Control System and QC (24QC) exist in every process.
Q:Do you provide accessories for your tinplate products?
A: We can assist customer to outsourcing accessories to match our tinplate
products. For example, locker, handle set, beaded metal string, plastic cover, sponge-formed tray, various blister trays, PVC/PET clear sheet ( for tin box window), ribbon and
so on.
Q: What is the payment term you company can be accepted?
A: In general, 30% deposit upon order confirmed, 70% balance been paid prior to
shipment. We accept T/T and L/C; payment by Western Union and PayPal could
be negotiated.
Q: What is your product mainly export to?
A: We have established a stable network with developed countries, such as North America, Germany, Australia and Japan. In the meanwhile, we are eager to explore emerging
markets, such as Eastern Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and Africa. With our
hardworking, recently we start working with Vietnam’s client.
