The process starts on preparing the best selected raw material according to slices or dices, then freezing them to solid making the water contents of the fruits into ice cells. Then placing them into vacuum chamber were the ice cells of the fruits are converted into steam. There is no ingredients added on the fruits. Is 100 % the fruit itself.

A1. Vacuum freeze dried fruit or freeze dried fruits are processed by freezing and converting the ice cells into steam as a means of drying the fruits. After that, the fruits are dried and does not need to be refrigerated. Its not frozen. It does not need thawing.

A2. Vacuum freeze dried fruits in retails can be found at the dried fruit aisle, not in the cold section.
Q3. Are there any ingredients added on the Vacuum freeze dried fruits like the other dried fruits?
A3. There is nothing added on the VFD fruits. Its the fresh fruits itself converted dried fruit. The taste, the aroma, the color and shape are the same. Only the texture that is change. The nutritive value are almost the same as the fresh ones.
