The process starts on preparing the best selected raw material according to slices or dices, then freezing them to solid making the water contents of the fruits into ice cells. Then placing them into vacuum chamber were the ice cells of the fruits are converted into steam. There is no ingredients added on the fruits. Is 100 % the fruit itself.

A1. Vacuum freeze dried fruit or freeze dried fruits are processed by freezing and converting the ice cells into steam as a means of drying the fruits. After that, the fruits are dried and does not need to be refrigerated. Its not frozen. It does not need thawing.
