What requirements FAE hydraulic pile breaker
should meet?
1~To prevent unable to transport spoil caused by insufficient lifting force of excavator, it is necessary to determine the broken pile length each time according to the power of the selected excavator;
2~To prevent unable to remove spoil of pile cutting after pouring concrete and steel solidification, it is unsuitable to use prespringing on the top of pouring concrete reinforcing cage after completion of pile, and meanwhile it should install PVC pipes on the rebar of pile top;
3~After mechanical amputation of pile head, the section needs for simply processing, a air compressor is needed for auxiliary process.
4~Combination of pile cutting machine and other construction machinery When the selection of excavator, we should remove the excavator bucket, and hang the lifting chain of the pile breaker machine in the connecting shaft between the bucket and the arm to combine the two machines. And then connect the hydraulic circuit of one excavator hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic circuit of the pile machine hydraulic cylinder through balanced valve, which is used for driving the hydraulic cylinder group work of the pile breaker machine.
5~Modular combination
High modular design, which is easy to adjust each field pile diameter. Connection between the module and module through pin shaft, when addition and subtraction module number in accordance with the change of pile diameter, it is just need to load and unload the pin shaft-easy operation without professional skills.
