Safety requirements:
1. HANDLING:
While inspection, storage, fitting the brushes, be care to avoid the injury by the wires.
2. OPERATING:
In brushing operation, the potential of serious injury exists for both the operator and others in work fielde. So safety goggles, or full face shields and protective clothing must be used by all of the persons in work fields.
3. EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
Proper maintenance of machines and power tools is essential to keep them in safety operating condition.
4. RUNNING SPEED:
Observe all speed restrictions indicated on the brushes or the packings.
5. BRUSHING PRESSURE:
Excessive pressure may causes overbending of the filaments as to breakage.
