Specifications

Reed switch RI-23ITS: Single-pole, single-throw(SPST) ,having normally open contacts,and contaning two actuated reeds.

Magnetic Reed switch RI-23 series features:

The switch is of the double-ended type and may be actuated by an electromagnet, a permanent magnet or a combination of both.

The device is intended for use in sensor, relays, pluse counters or similar device.

(1) Ideal for general purpose reed relays and sensor

(2) 14.5 mm glass length

(3) Contact layers: gold, plated ruthenium

(4) Superior glass-to-metal seal and blade alignment

(5) Excellent life expectancy and reliability

Shock

The switch are tested in accordance with "IEC 68-2-27", test Ea ( peak acceleration 500G, half sinewave; duration 11ms). Such a shock will not cause an open switch ( no magnetic field present) to close, nor a switch kept closed by an 80 AT coil to open.
