Product Description
Main Features:
“weihuan”brand WH-E7 type stockings machine is jacquard silk stocking machine, which controlled by computer with single cylinder of four-woven system. It adopts an independent exhaust fan or central exhaust system to fabric stretching. The machine is equipped with torsion device. Needle rotation is controlled by servo motor driving directly to reduce the error of transmission chain and transmission . Sinker brow and needle lift are controlled by stepping motor control to bring different density, pressure lubricant for lubrication of needles、sinker and the seIected needle pieces. The whole producing process, style and quality are controlled by computer. Yarn feed uses horizontal moving to put knit yarn、bottom yarn、and color yarn to make the best jacquard. Synthetic fibers、naked spandex、covered yarn and other raw materials can be used to produce stockings including pantyhose、long stocking、short socks、stockings and other stockings product.
