1.  Machine Introduction:

1)  This tire shredder is used to crush the whole waste tire into 50x50mm , and 60x60mm rubber

 block as you need. .  

2)  It can finish the tire crusher without tire strip cutter and tire slice cutter.

3)  We can just put the whole tire ( <900mm) on the conveyor and it automatic goes into the tire

 shredder.

4)  This tire shredder greatly improve the working eficency and daily ouput.

Specifications:

Working priciples of waste tire shredding machine

Biaxial or uniaxial low speed, the use of the material forthe cutter cut, cut, tear, pull. Direct Connect 

worm gear motor, mounted directly on the mill drive shaft, driven shaft is transmitted through the gear

 shift, so that the stationary cutter knife and the shell is formed on the drive shaft relative motion. Active

 shaft helical cutter staggered, so that the material entered, while being squeezed, torn, cut the role, so

 that the materials are broken.
