This machine keeps functions of traditional one, such as adjusting pallet right and left , back and forth, adjusting height of screen chucks for suiting different substrates, etc. In addition ,it has several special features:

1. The equipped platens are much bigger, platen area is 620*520mm, thickness is 18mm , it is the largest one in the similar product, it is suit for the screen frame size in 620*520mm(which is especially suitable for sign board and display card, Euro and American common size).
2. High-strength platen. The equipped platens are environmental and made of high density melamine materials used in high-grade combination of furniture, which is anti-distortion, water proofing, corrosion resistance and easy to clear. And once aluminum surface become deformation will not recover flatten.
3. The platen can be applied to cloth products printing. Platen surface is mild pits design, can use platen adhesive coated on platen to adhesive cloth products, printing position is more accurate, more convenient ; Traditional aluminum platen is cannot coated with platen adhesive.
4. Well-designed gravity disc sliding adjusting device, can adjust the sliding disc according to the weight of screen frame, make the gravitational balance more forthright and more convenient. For those extra heavy frames need increasing gravity, this machine is specially designed with hang hole for increasing gravity to make it faster and convenient, other machine do not have this special function.
5. Frame chuck length can reach 370 millimeter, has four fixed handles, more convenient for the usage of big frame.
6. Fluctuation stainless steel screw can make up to 110 millimeter adjustment, can be suitable for those printed materials which thickness is within 110mm.
7. Equipment rack is adopted advanced electrostatic spraying, main upright tube and connecting shaft are adopted stainless steel materials, spraying paint surface smooth, uniform, bright and clean, corrosion resisting, resistant to wear, never rust, durable, traditional screen press was adopted iron material spraying.
8. Extendibility if need bigger area of printing, only need to remove the 5 micro-adjust parts for the three sides of platen, and install more bigger size of platen, the traditional screen press is not able to make this.
9. Packing is adopted high-strength corrugated five-layer export standard, with soft hard foam and three-ply board, all metal parts are separated by high-strength bubble film plate. Outer box adopts stretch film to re-cover the box, make sure the products safety and integrity, and make the transportation more safe and convenient.
10.
