FIA 8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer is used to detect cardiovascular disease, such as AMI, ACS, HF, PE, DVT etc. There are seven test items of FIA 8000 Analyzer. It is widely used in hospitals, clinics, ICU, CCU, laboratories etc.

FUNCTION OF EACH TEST ITEM
cTnI: As an aid in the diagnosis of AMI.
NT-proBNP: As an aid in the diagnosis of HF.
Hs-CRP: For the risk prediction of cardiovascular disease and diagnosis of inflammation.
NT-proBNP/cTnI: For the combined diagnosis of HF & ACS.
CK-MB/cTnI/Myo: As an aid in the diagnosis of myocardial damage.
D-Dimer: For the exclusion of DVT&PE.
PCT: For the diagnosis of inflammation.
TEST SAMPLES
Serum/plasma/whole blood
MAIN TEST PROCEDURE
Take serum/plasma/whole blood into the sample port on test card---Insert the test card into FIA 8000 Analyzer---Choose the test item---Test---Get and print results automatically.
SPECIFICATIONS
* Blank count: the voltage of quality control blank card must be greater than 3500 mV
* Linearity: linear correction coefficient is ≥0.99
* Repeatability: coefficient of variation of repeated measurement is ≤1%
* Stability: when measuring the same quality control card within 1 hour, the voltage change shall not exceed ±2%
