Monel400 is a kind of corrosion resistant alloy, most widely used, with comprehensive performance. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium, the hot strong alkali, organic compounds, neutral solution, water, seawater, as well as air.
One of the most important features is that the alloy generally do not produce stress corrosion crack, and is of good cutting performance
