The machine is made of high quality of AISI 304 stainless steel.
It is designed for mincing meat and other food products into required size.
There are three types:
A type is general for fresh fist-sized meat
B type has the system for separation of sinews and gristle on the basis of A type;
D type is for frozen meat with temperature to -15 ºC (it can grind fresh meat by replacing different grinding worm, and it also can be equipped with tendon separation device).
The ground meat can be used for sausages, hamburgers, stuffing, further processing, etc.
The machine complies with CE regulations on hygiene and safety and with specific regulations for meat grinders
The knives and mincer plates are all imported from Germany.

·Half Unger system supplied with 1 knife and 2 plates
