Description:
BBRJ-I frozen meat slicer can cut -18 °c frozen meat into slices by slow rotation of cutting blades, reducing the cut of fibers and avoid waster when rising of the meat temperature. The thickness of slice is adjustable. It is important equipment for Chinese meatball processing.
It comprises frame, cutting structure, electirc cambinet, drive line system and motor. It is completely made of stanless steel, there are two knives on the disk. There are safety guards in the inlet and outlet.
