Biomass gasification equipment/biomass gasification for sale
1. Raw materials used for biomass gasification equipment
Our biomass gasification can use various kinds of agirculture and forestry as fuel (wheat straw, bark, tree root, rice straw, corn stalk, coconut husk, palm fiber, plastic waste etc..)
Suitable size of raw material: 20mm-80mm, suitable moisture 10%-15%, size of raw material can vary depending on the type of biomass being used, but the moisture content of any biomass being used is very important and should be less than 15%.
2. Advantages of biomass gasification equipment
1.Technical advantage: Use draft-down fixed bed type, low temperature anaerobic pyrolysis, syngas includes lower tar, gas output stable, use PLC
2. Control system, one person on duty, safety and stable.
3. Energy-saving advantage: fuel oil(natural gas) can save energy 60%-80%.
4. Environment advantage: Few SO2, CO2 emission, ash <1%-1.5%, flue gas emission <50mg/m3.
5. RQI: Fuel coal boiler can recovery cost within 3-4 months, fuel oil (natural gas) boiler can recovery cost within 1-2 months.
6. Application range: apply to any energy needed enterprise.
