Q1. Where is your company?
A: Our company is located in China's famous Yangtze River Delta, Hangzhou, where is adjacent to Shanghai and Ningbo Port and convenient to export products.
Q2. Do you have the OEM capability?
A: Yes, we have a professional team with rich experience on OEM, already cooperated with some famous distributers over 8yrs.
Q3. Can you provide free samples?
A: Sorry that you should pay for the samples and the freight for our low profit.
Q4. How about the sample date?
A: The samples will be sent out within 7~10 days after receiving your full payment.
Q5. What is your terms of payment preferred?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. L/C is also available.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU. The quotation is FOB price. If necessary, we can offer you the quotation for other terms of delivery.
Q7. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally it will take 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q8. What kind of certifications can you offer?
A: GB/T 19001-2008 / ISO 9001:2008 conformity certification and SGS test reports on ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, CE, CPSIA, etc..
