API Sucker Rod Centralizer/Coupling, Clamp and Wheeled Rod Centralizer for in Oilfield
Details:
The sucker rod centralizer is used to connect with the sucker rod, which has a perfect centralizing effect, and is a supporting tool designed to decrease the pumping energy loss, increase the pumping efficiency, prevent the eccentric wear of sucker rod and protect the tubing. Centralizers for sucker rods are used for centering sucker rods in well. It is composed of coupling, centralizer sleeve and sub.
Used for partial-wear tubing and sucker rod of the well, especially for middle and above the rod eccentric wear of pump.
Work Principle:
It connect with sucker rod, the centralizer casing OD is larger than the sucker rod coupling OD in order to centralizer rod. Centralizer casing has high strength wear resistant, so when contact with oil tube, makes the centralizer body wearing and reduces oil tube wearing so as to anti-wear (centralizer casing temperature resistant: 260°C, material: self-lubricating Ni-p plating material). The steel surface adopt Ni-p plating (the anti-corrosion technology) makes the centralizer has the ability of anti-wear and anti-corrosion. And it also suitable for the worse corrosion well condition.
Wheel Centralizer
while working ,the wheel rolls inside the tubing ,which can protect the sucker rod wiping with tubing pipe
Clamp Centralizer
while working ,it depends on the friction with he tubing wall to prevent friction between sucker rod and tubing.
Coupling rod Centralizer
while working ,nylon block touches the tubing inside,which can protect the sucker rod wiping with tubing pipe. The nylon block will be rotated while it's working ,then the rod is evenly, the user can only change the nylon block,not need to replace rod body, which can save fabrication-cost.
