Air conditioning system: unit of constant temperature and humidity, every level filtration system, air supply and air return system, water pipe system, automatic control system, power distribution system and so on.
Partitional wall: purification colorful and steel tile, window, door, pass box, air shower, goods shower and so on.
Floor: Anti-static floor or EPOXY floor or PVC sheet.
Luminaires of clean room : daylight lamp in clean room, anti-UV.
